In life, when approaching a challenge, the voices in our heads seems impossible to switch to mute.
“Are you sure you can do it?”
“What if you fail?”
“People will definitely laugh at you if you fail.”
Without even trying, we are easily convinced by these negative voices in our heads and stop pursuing our goals. It is indeed very limiting. Wouldn’t it be nice if we can simply hear a different set of voices, those that are encouraging and cheer us to do more and achieve more.
Well you can, but it takes practice and patience.
Exponential growth in your personal life is possible and more people should aim for it than simply growing as time goes by. People who know how to dream more achieve more. People who don’t dream at all, certainly accomplish less.

What are mindsets?
A mindset is the sum of all thoughts that constitutes a personal belief system about a particular subject. Mindsets tend to determine our response in life and the environment we live in. So to say you only have one mindset is wrong, a person may have several unique mindsets on just about any given subject.
In the subject of success, two types of mindsets come into hot topic in psychology:
a. Fixed Mindset
b. Growth Mindset
Obviously the latter appears to be much better. Let us talk about both and discover how you can change yours.
Fixed Mindset vs. Growth Mindset
Someone who has a fixed mindset believes that they are born with certain abilities and simply do not have anything more than what they are programmed. They believe that they have no control over their minds and that their skills are fixed and no hope for development. A person with this mindset often avoid challenges while dwelling in the idea that it can save them from mistakes of failures.
On the other hand, we have those who have growth mindsets, they naturally embraces challenges as part of success and see effort as a core component of success. These types of people are psychologically flexible in terms of facing mistakes and failures. When failing, people with growth mindset sees it as an opportunity to learn.
Achieving and Sustaining Growth Mindset
Eutaptics is a training system that can help you collapse fixed mindset and achieve a much more flexible psychological state when facing challenges.
Since mindsets are influenced by thoughts that forms our mental patterns, it only means it can be reprogrammed by finding the primary imprint that influences it. Through Eutaptics one can rewrite these mental patterns so it can contribute to exponential growth mindset.
Sounds impossible? It actually isn’t. You see our thoughts are influenced by imprints or memories held within our subconscious. These data is being used by the mind in forming our personal belief systems. Since the subconscious function of the mind is free from logic or reason, it will keep on producing the same response towards things that are evoked by similar feelings, instances and thoughts.
